TDS Jobs and Careers

Working at TDS

TDS is a fast-growing company with big ambitions.  Our goal is to be the best in everything we do, and as a result be the logical first choice for potential clients.

To do that, we need extraordinary people who share our passion for growth (of both the firm and themselves), objectivity, terrific client relationships, and working in a challenging, fast-changing field.

Letter from Michael Bullock - TDS CEO

Thank you for visiting our website.

I hope this gives you a strong sense of the type of organization we are building – nothing less than a whole new type of IT services firm -- and the exciting opportunities here to help build that organization.

I’d like to give you an idea about the kinds of people we want to work at TDS.  We want people who desire an environment with a minimum of bureaucracy but a maximum of client focus.  Our employees are unencumbered by the conflicts of interests at other IT services firms that are value-added resellers of technology.  At TDS, we accept no commissions from vendors.  That enables our employees to prescribe and do what’s right for our customers, every time.

TDS professionals are part of an organization that is diverse in services and client base.  That means we’re not dependent on any one sector in IT services.  And it means our employees can learn new areas and not be pigeonholed into a practice for many years.

Our employees are personable and highly competent.  We work hard and we enjoy what we do.  And, we always focus on our mission of providing superior service for every client.

Everyone at TDS enjoys a collegial, stimulating, and supportive environment.  If this is the kind of environment you are looking for, I invite you to contact us about opportunities at TDS.

The TDS Culture

We are personable, client-responsive professionals.  You will find a more relaxed, empathetic and client-oriented culture at TDS than you would find at many large IT services firms.

Our culture stresses and rewards quality and customer retention, not rampant growth at the expense of customers.  While we indeed celebrate new business wins, we prize even more those moments when our current and past customers praise us.
