Transitional Data Services assists customers in all phases of the site selection process.   We can help develop your Data Center Requirements Document (DCRD), identify qualifying sites in the appropriate geographic market, develop and manage the RFP process, analyze and normalize the bids, coordinate and attend site tours and even  identify commonly missed negotiation points.

TDS is uniquely qualified to advise customers on data center site selection as our principal partnership team includes former data center owners who have direct experience building and selling co-location space to customers just like you. Additionally, the data center design/build team at TDS often conducts the critical infrastructure inspections itself and will advise you on the tier equivalency of the data centers under consideration.
