Many of today's
more progressive businesses leverage
agile processes to
ensure market differentiation and success. The
TDS approach aligns with this "agile"
approach.
When appropriate, we will assess your
current environment/business goals and help
plan the evolution of your enterprise
applications to support those
objectives.
We customize solutions to align with
your needs and provide deployment,
training, hosting, and operational
support services as appropriate.

Assessments and Planning When assessing business applications, TDS starts by
reviewing your current systems, processes and goals. We probe into areas that are working well,
while searching for low hanging fruit for process improvement.
During the assessment and planning phase, TDS will define the general approach, timeline and pricing to complete an enterprise application deployment to suit your business and technical requirements.

Install / Configure / Customize Installation, configuration and customization steps are typical in the TDS deployment of enterprise applications.
This may begin with an environment assessment to
ensure that the IT infrastructure is suitable. TDS will also discuss the full deployment process to make sure we are in alignment. Then we install and configure the application based on your requirements. TDS implementation consultants will provide basic customization of screens and workflows, and will collaborate with you and our development team to define new customizations and deep systems integrations where appropriate.

Business Process Consulting When companies embark on new systems and processes,
we often find existing processes that are not well documented with heavy reliance on "tribal knowledge" or are being performed in a particular manner due to limitations of older systems. For these situations, TDS offers optional business process consulting services that can be used to redefine processes, which can include documentation and training services.
In other cases, our clients prefer to take the lead on business process definition, documentation and training internally and leverage TDS for core implementation and backup support services.
