TDS Support and Remote Assistance
TDS provides on-line, email and telephone support which is available 24x7x365. This service is available on a contract or fee-for-service basis. For priority response to P1 and P2 incidents, please dial 1-877-973-3377, Option 2.

To report a P3 and P4 incident, please use our online system. You can also check the status of previously opened tickets using your TDS support login credentials.
