We are looking for a Partner Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling our unique, award winning software solution, TransitionManager, to assigned global partner accounts. We are seeking a partner sales executive skillful in developing strategic account plans, locating potential opportunities, solutioning, qualifying, and closing new business with partners.

Responsibilities

Market Leadership:

  • Create sales strategies and plan with our partners and their clients
  • Research targeted accounts and develop strategic account plans.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
    Leverage consultative selling techniques to apply solutions across the full suite of Transitional Data Services software and professional service offerings.

Relationship Management: Execute and lead the account plan under the guidance of the Partner leadership team. Invest time in strengthening existing partner relationships and manage the proposal process with our TDS Principals.

Business Development: Respond to and deliver on client requests; respond to RFP’s. Identify opportunities, make proactive proposals to client in line with account strategy. Obtain the approvals to pursue opportunities. Engage the relevant internal team for solutions.

  • Align the internal partner sales account leadership team in the bigger picture with the overall technology & business operations goals for the client
  • Identify and understand TDS capabilities, industry trends and performance of competitors.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline and sales performance metrics.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCES
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Partner Sales Executive with demonstrated success selling software solutions and services as required.
  • Demonstrable track record in achieving & overachieving software/SaaS quota.  Solid background in the Information
  • Technology field, with experience in and understanding of the areas of hybrid IT, software development and architecture and/or data center services.
  • Director/C-level sales experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close the deal.
  • Outgoing, self-driven, can work independently, goal oriented, motivated.
  • Superior analytical skills and ability to understand business processes, objectives, and the partner and client mission.
  • Superior organizational and planning abilities.
  • Must be a team player and self-starter, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and projects a professional image. Must be creative and comfortable working in a mature start up like environment.
  • Demonstrated competency and experience utilizing CRM management systems and/or other sales tools.
  • Experience navigating and successfully selling to/with/through large  and mid-tier technology provider accounts etc., strong sales success track with IT and or Software solutions selling is key!

Compensation is base plus commissions.
