Craig is CTO for TDS, which he co-founded in 2002. In his role, Craig applies deep knowledge and experience managing complex IT projects to develop TransitionManager, TDS’ proprietary software designed to empower, enable and accelerate IT organizations’ abilities to prepare for, orchestrate and manage through both planned and unplanned change.
Prior to TDS, Craig directed the technology strategy and execution at Student Advantage and iCAST. Before iCAST, Craig was vice president of advanced media development at Strategic Interactive Group (now Digitas), a Boston-based interactive agency. He led teams that designed and built websites and content management systems for IBM, AT&T, Kraft, LL Bean and other companies.
Earlier in his career, Craig directed the growth, operations and services of a regional internet provider and web hosting company, The Internet Access Company, and managed a variety of global computer networks at Bolt, Beranek and Newman.
