Since Mike co-founded TDS in 2002, the company has been successfully delivering results for complex IT transformation programs for enterprises and government entities around the world, having migrated over 1 million workloads and more than 250,000 applications – while achieving close to 100% customer satisfaction. Prior to launching TDS, Mike held senior technology leadership roles at Student Advantage Inc., where he directed new systems and technology operations, and at iCAST, an online entertainment company created by Internet incubator CMGI.
Earlier in his career, Mike was vice president of technology for Renaissance Worldwide Inc. where he directed the firm’s technology operations and oversaw the technology integration from 26 companies acquired over two years.
Mike also held senior technology roles at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, General Cinema Corp. and Alpine Computer Systems. Mike has a B.A. from Providence College in math and computer science.
Craig Macfarlane – Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Craig is CTO for TDS, which he co-founded in 2002. In his role , Craig applies deep knowledge and experience managing complex IT projects to empower, enable and accelerate IT organizations’ abilities to prepare for, orchestrate and manage through both planned and unplanned change.
Prior to TDS, Craig directed the technology strategy and execution at Student Advantage and iCAST. Before iCAST, Craig was vice president of advanced media development at Strategic Interactive Group (now Digitas), a Boston-based interactive agency. He led teams that designed and built websites and content management systems for IBM, AT&T, Kraft, LL Bean and other companies.
Earlier in his career, Craig directed the growth, operations and services of a regional internet provider and web hosting company, The Internet Access Company, and managed a variety of global computer networks at Bolt, Beranek and Newman.
Michael Bray – Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mike leads the sales and marketing teams at TDS. Prior to TDS, Mike was the Vice President of Sales – Aerospace & Defense for DXC Technology, where he managed a team of two dozen sales executives and offering specialists responsible for selling the entire DXC portfolio to both existing clients and new logos across North America.
Before DXC, Mike held a number of executive sales and marketing leadership roles for CSC businesses with annual revenue contributions ranging from $50M to $3B. CSC was the company that acquired Infochimps where Mike had previously been the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. Mike holds a B.S. in Political Science and History from James Madison University.
Chris Gillis – Vice President, Delivery Services
For more than 20 years, Chris Gillis has managed technical teams in data centers, networking, computer server administration, telecommunications, desktop support and application development.
Chris has helped numerous companies manage their information technology infrastructure, including Boston Medical Center, Kayak.com, Trinity Healthcare, UBS Financial Services and Partners Healthcare. Chris has extensive experience in helping clients manage extraordinary change, such as mergers and acquisitions, downsizing and rapid growth. Chris holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Massachusetts.
Tim Schutt – Vice President, Client Solutions
Tim is responsible for data center relocation services at TDS. Tim brings over 25 years of experience managing people, processes and budgets as an executive and in operations roles at Palm, Inc., SunGard Securities, Paymentech and Wang Laboratories.
Tim has a proven track record for building and managing exceptional operations teams with a focus on providing superior service and customer satisfaction. Tim received his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts.
Eric Kraieski – Vice President, Software Business Unit
Eric is responsible for developing and managing TDS’ TransitionManager software business and product management functions. He brings over 30 years experience in emerging technology, enterprise software, product management and marketing leadership to TDS.
Earlier in his career, Eric held executive leadership roles in marketing and product management for local startups Proteon, NetSilicon and Vividon (two taken to IPO and the other through acquisition). Eric has a B.S. in Computer Science from the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
Mark Perreault – Vice President, Program Management
Mark leads the program management office for TDS where he oversees the project management team, processes and delivery team resources to assure consistent, timely and quality driven engagements. Mark brings over 30 years experience in operations and program management with companies including Sepaton, Monster and Computer Sciences Corporation. Mark also has extensive experience implementing new processes and enterprise application software for supply chain management, program management and ERP. Mark holds a B.S. from Boston College in Computer Science and Marketing.
