Transitional Data Services, Inc. (“TDS,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) value the privacy of individuals who use our website, https://www.tdsi.com/, including subdomains of that website (the “Site”), and/or register to access and view and/or use a webinar, white paper, video, blog and/or a live or pre-recorded demonstration of one or more of our products or services (each, a “Demo”) available through the Site (collectively, the “Content,” and to the extent registration is required for such access, “Registered Content”) or in the case of a live Demo, directly by a representative of ours. See Terms of Use at https://www.transitionaldata.com/terms-of-use/ for access and use rights applicable to the Site, the Content and any materials made available to you as part of the Site or a Content, including but not limited to the visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Site and the Content (collectively, the “Materials”).

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy“) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Site and/or a Registered Content (“Users“).

We do not sell personal information.

Information We Collect

We may collect information from or about you or your devices from various sources described below.

A. Information You Provide to Us.

Registration Information. You may be required to provide us with information in order to access Registered Content through the Site or a live Demo, including but not limited to your (and your Entity’s, if applicable) name, email address and phone number (collectively, the “Registration Information”). If you sign up for notifications or updates through the Site, we will also ask you for Registration Information.

Communications From You. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact us, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide (collectively, the “Communication Information”). When we send you emails, as part of the Communication Information, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our products and services.

Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit and we will collect from you a resume and other information about yourself through the Site or LinkedIn in connection with the career opportunity (collectively, the “Career Opportunity Information”).

Sales Lead Registrations. If you register a sales lead through the Site in connection with an agreement you or your Entity have with us (“Sales Lead Information” and a “Sales Lead Agreement,” respectively), we will collection the Sales Lead Information that you provide us.

B. Information We Collect.

Location Information. When you use the Site or access Registered Content, we may infer your general location information (e.g., country, state or zip code) by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access the Site or the Registered Content, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Site and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. We do not sell personal information. We use the information we collect:

• To personalize your experience on the Site and Materials such as by providing tailored content and recommendations;
• To understand and analyze how you use the Site and the Content and develop new products, services, features, and functionality;

Vendors and Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers that we retain in connection with the provision of the Site and the Content. If we collect Sales Lead Information, we will use it as permitted in the Sales Lead Agreement. If we collect Career Opportunity Information, we will share it with persons and vendors necessary for us to evaluate the Career Opportunity Information for purposes of considering the possibility of your employment with us.

Marketing. We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes.

Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. To help us understand how you use the Site and the Content and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with the Site and certain Content, such as the pages or other Content you view, and the dates and times of your visits.

We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. Your Choices

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

Third Parties

Our Site and certain Content may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third party services or any information you disclose to these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Security

We take privacy and security seriously. We have implemented a number of measures designed to help protect your information, including various physical and electronic safeguards. We conduct vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and security risk assessments on a periodic basis. TDS personnel also receive privacy and security training at onboarding and annually.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at info@tdsi.com.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will post any adjustments to this Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal information previously collected from you through the Site, we will notify you through the Site, by email, or other communication.
